VS.Net 2003 installation note

Failed to install frontpage web extensions client (blah blah blah)

• Normal workaround (?)
• Install IIS (why the hell I need IIS since I don't want to write any web related program)

• Faster solution (??)
• X:\setup\Setup.exe /NO_BSLN_CHECK from here

And again, I HATE Visual studio.
